Windy Hill Farm rests on 30 acres of Scugog Island and offers exceptional year round facilities with spectacular views of Lake Scugog. Windy Hill has 17 stalls, 15 paddocks, an indoor arena, 2 heated tack rooms, laundry facilities and a large viewing room complete with kitchen amenities. Our property is protected by a security coded gate, security cameras and full perimeter fencing. We also have a 24 hour security monitor and response service.
Windy Hill has 16 12x12 stalls and a quarantine stall. Each stall is lined with Soft Stall and has a window which allows for natural light. The stables have 4 large barn doors. A door is located at the north, south, east and west end of the barn which provides natural airflow on top of the ventilation system within the barn structure.
Our indoor arena is designed with state of the art European shock absorbent polyfibre and rubber sand compound footing.
Windy Hill's irrigated 80x220 outdoor sand ring includes a full set of jumps and professional footing.
Daily turnout in our 15 large, lush grass paddocks that are safeguarded by four-wire electrobraid fencing. All paddocks are complete with water troughs. There are 4 sand paddocks for wet weather.
2 large heated tack rooms which are secured with code locks. The viewing room is equipped with kitchen amenities and is comfortably furnished, providing a relaxing atmosphere.
Windy Hill's wash stall is bright, roomy and inviting. It is equipped with hot and cold water and radiator heating for the winter months. The stable is also equipped with laundry facilities.
